How To Make Vegetarian Meatballs

2 Cloves Garlic (pressed)
1 tsp Sal
1 dash Pepper
3/4 C Parmesan Cheese
2 Eggs
3/4 C Bread Crumbs (italian season)

and for the feature ingredient

Combine one bag of thawed "crumbles" and all ingredients in a mixing bowl.  Get your fingers in there, and mix it good! Crack that whip! No seriously, make sure it's all mixed up really well and then start forming your Meat-a Ball-s (insert cheesy italian accent)
Add 3 Tbsp of oil to a skillet and let that puppy get hot.  Reduce heat to low BEFORE adding the meatballs or you will find yourself in a pop fest of oil and a big ole mess to clean up later.  Okay, so reduce heat to medium, and cook until golden brown.  YUM!

Note:  This recipe does not HAVE to be a vegetarian recipe.  You can use ground beef, or turkey, or pork.  Just substitute 1 lb.  I highly suggest trying these though.  You can hardly tell the difference, and it's super healthy too! You can purchase these in the freezer section at your local grocery store!
