Progress

Okay so I finally got on the treadmill today.  I've been avoiding the treadmill and just cycling because it's easy on the foot.  I've been afraid if I got going on the treadmill and my foot started hurting and I needed to slow down or something I might fly off the thing.  LOL.  Also, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to last but 5 minutes on the treadmill.  I thought I would start out today on the treadmill and finish off cycling, but once I got on it wasn't so bad.  Before I knew it 5 minutes had gone by, so I shot for 10.  At this point I was thinking I wouldn't be able to make it past a quarter mile.  But I did!  Soon came the 10 min a half a mile.  All of the sudden I looked down and I had lasted an entire mile.  I didn't think my legs had the strength.  It took me 34 min, but I made it.  I'll just try to shave time off.  Just a fun note.  I lost 4 pounds yesterday!!!!  I checked the scale like three times to be sure, but it was the same every time.  Exciting!

4 pounds lost! Awesome job girl!!!!! I lost four pounds too but gained two back..lol...horrible. I worked hard at the gym this morning though. I'm so glad you were able to get going on the treadmill. Looks like your foot is getting a lot better.
