- 1 C Mustard
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 1/4 C Brown Sugar
- 3/4 C Vinegar
- 1/4 C Water
- 2 Tbsp Chili powder
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Liquid Smoke
Combine everything in a saucepan except soy sauce, butter, and liquid smoke. Simmer for 30 min. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for another 10 min.
This is super yum! There is a little bite from the mustard and vinegar and just enough sweet to balance it out. It's not too sweet and not too spicy.
